Custom EWG config suitable for factions! (PAID)

I own a factions server, and I find that ewg creates a very high terrain which is not suitable for factions. I am looking for something who can do the following things to customize it:

-Much flatter area with no mountains
-Very little caves
-The same amount of ores in the ground
-No natural structures, such as strongholds etc
-Flat 260x260 spawning area
-The average y lvl should be 64
-A very good variety of biomes, excluding the ones which include mountains
-No snow biomes (biomes that freeze water)

I am willing to pay however much you are looking for, pm me if interested.
