custom exam plugins

Hello! I'm currently making an anime-related Minecraft server, and I'm looking for someone to make me 2 custom plugins for my server.

The first of which is going to be an "Exam plugin", I want this plugin to be semi-automatic in the sense that I have to run a command to start the event but then after that, it will run through the rest itself.

the exam plugin:
1st stage - exam questions
during this stage of the exam players will be asked questions in the chat about the anime, the player will either need to click on the correct answer in chat or type it.
EXAMPLE:
who is main character?
a) pingu
b) donald duck
c) Asta
the player will either click on c or type c in the chat. At the end of this section, the players with the lowest scores will be kicked out of the exam.

2nd stage - 1v1 pvp
this stage will randomly select players and put them all into alotted 1v1's the winner of the the fight will finish the exam and be tp'd into the end selection room. I feel like this one is pretty easy to understand.

Already have a similar plugin created, could adjust it to your liking for just a few bucks.

Contains a questions.yml configuration file for questions, answers and rewarding-method.
Also contains different modes, you can give a question contest to a specific player, automatically broadcast them every x hours for all players, ect.
