Custom Faction Plugins

Hello there, i am a proud owner of a brand new server: Play.MineStomp.net My goal is to create a diverse and unique faction server. I've already put in many many hours into my worlds, plugins, and players. I might not have a big player base, it's hard to get new players and make them stay when there're other faction servers out there that have very unique plugins. What i'm here to do is get ideas that would make a raiding faction server unique. I don't really have a budget considering my donation money is what gets me my plugins. But i would like some ideas thrown out there for custom faction plugins.
