Custom Factions Core

Hello developers, I am looking for someone who can code me a custom factions core 1.8 - 1.16. This Core will have to be built all into one plugin. There will be alot of unique features and i will need developers that know how to use packets for special features aswell.
Must have atleast 3 years of experience in Java, JavaScript, Kotlin, and Gradle.
Must be 17+
Must be Active
Must be able to push out quality code in small durations. (I know code takes alot of time dont worry)

they amount of quality devs who know both of those is lower than the amount of devs who know just java

Not much difference between Java and Javascript to be honest....If you know Java you should not get lost with Javascript

i find it hard to believe you're a developer after that statement
