Custom Factions plugin needed!

Hello all coders! Currently I am seeking a plugin that I think will further your career with it under your list of made plugins. I need someone very active and able to update the plugin to remove bugs.

The terms and conditions being as follows:

- You may release the plugin as a paid plugin but Abyssalcraft/"Voxsae"gets 10% of all profits.
- The plugin may only be released after 6 months of being private.

The plugin requested is this:

In short this is MassiveCrafts faction plugin with twists. I want a faction to be able to make its own in game faction ranks, with that they can set which rank can open doors and chests or access the faction vault.

A faction vault like world of warcraft where users can deposit items and withdraw them once they activate the Faction vault.

Once you create a faction you are givin a faction core (A Dragon Egg) While holding a core in hand glowstone will apear marking the inside of the chunk they will be claiming. Once placed that will claim the chunk. If that egg is destroyed the claims attached to the egg are unclaimed. It should take at least 5 tnt hits before it unclaims the attached chunks.

Buyable Core decoys and Shields from an npc(other stuff to be added)

You should include your budget sounds like a sick idea similar to archons old style of claiming when they introduced it
