Looking for quotes on a custom factions plugin.
Features including:
- Factions Core (alliances, truces, ability to declare war on other factions, permissions for both allies and truces, GUI to create and edit custom roles and permissions (like discord roles)),
- Claims (Custom Claim Block, Alter to claim land, Upgrades for claim block, GUI's for all upgrade menus and claim management GUI)

My budget is very lenient and am looking for quotes, please reply if interested!

He never said you are, he is stating that there are free plugins with all of these features.
