Custom Factions Spawn Build

Hi guys,

I am searching for someone who could help me build a custom Factions spawn, more of a Medieval themed build. Size would be about 75x75? I would need it in about 1 week so not much of a rush, and it has to be exclusive to my server and not be resold by any of the Builders. I am willing to pay around $15-$20 for the build. The details should be around Medium quality? I am able to pay a upfront deposit for high reputable Builders.
