Custom Factions Spawn

Hi, I am looking for a custom faction spawn for my server. I would like it to be a 200x200 fantasy themed spawn with a custom warzone around it with 3 KoTH's. In the spawn I would like a sign shop that holds 150+ items, some enchantment areas and also a place for 4 crates. I would also like it done as a map(not as a flat world) and it doesn't have to be all custom but I am interested in hearing quotes on that too. I don't have a set deadline or budget in mind so if this sounds like something you can do let me know.
