Custom Fly Plugin

Need someone to dev me a plugin with the following specifications. I want to create an option for a monthly donation for the /fly command.

Requirements:

• Upon purchase there is a 30 day timer on the command.
• When the 30 days are up they do not have access to /fly
• When they are in-combat /fly is disabled and if they are flying they fall
• Flying limit of 5 minutes at a time
• Cool down after the 5 minutes is up (5 mins)

Commands Needed:

• /fly ( enables fly mode)
• /fly time (Displays how much longer until the 30 days is up, Displays the cooldown time until next fly)

Permissions:

• Node for the /fly command
