custom forge mod

I'm looking for a mod that would make the player's name in chat and tablist all "&k". So basically just a mod that adds "&k" infront of player's name to hide them without actually changing the lenght of the usernames. It would also need to be toggleable. For forge 1.8.
Please reply with pricing and time if you are able to make this.


Edit: Don't mind the english, on mobile and haven't slept in 20 hours.

I would like to see the same effect as the "&k" chat formatting effect (ref: https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Formatting_codes ) for names inside of the tab list, same thing for the players who send a chat message.

Chat would look something like this;
