Myself and other friends are making a server which is based around Rust in Minecraft. We would need a dev that can make us a fully customizable gun/armor plugin. In the configs we would be able to change settings such as: fire rate, bullet damage, reload time, amount of ammo in the gun and lots more. We would also be able to create new guns in the config files with the settings needed.
We already have a custom texture pack for our gun models and different blocks. We have a big budget for our developers (2k+).
