Custom HCF core | ReviveHCF | Looking for Custom Core

So I'm working on a project, and I'm looking for a developer who is ready too work looking for a developer who was trust on here, it has too be 100% custom no fork or any skidded code, and normal stuff like it has to hold above 250+ players and still run stable.. (20tps)..

The core has too be 100% config ready (I'm able to config everything in the core)

My budget right now is 650$+

Also this thread is made since i need to know if there is anyone who can do it, still getting some things done before i need the core so i'm ready whenever i need it, i know who i need to go to

Wouldn't recommend Blasthappy, he will just waste your time. He can't even finish a $15 plugin.

Let alone, you judge a plugin's difficulty based on the file size. I have done many plugins for clients with a plethora of budget ranges before. I rest my case here, leave the OP's thread alone from the rest of the messages I am sure you're going to post.
