Custom HCF Map

Looking to purchase a custom HCF Map!

Must have custom, creative & well-designed trees. Custom biomes, No mountains, not too many water spots, a big desert biome. Have a flat space at 0,0 that is 100x100 and have 10 block wide flat spots from 0,0 to the end of the world. Must be going NESW. Have flat spaces for koths at 450 in each quadrant.

World must be 5000x5000 thanks.
