Custom HCF Overworld Terrain

Hi, we're looking for the following:

Overworld
  • Flat area at 0,0 (fit a 100x100 spawn)
  • Map will be 3000 x 3000
  • Flat roads straight from 0, 0 out to 3.2k. Width of the roads is 10 blocks.
  • All Quadrants at 500,500 flatten to fit 100x100 (except 500,500 = 350x350 (Citadel) ) and (-500,500=300x300)
  • Ores decreased by 15%
  • More mineshafts, sand biomes and spawners
We're looking to pay $40 need it ASAP
