This was a spawn not a Koth.

i know that. i was staff on HCF server. When the map is about to reset, their is an event called end of the wolrd, where there will be a 30 minuts koth at spawn, and there will be no safe zone

He is right. Every map at the end of it spawn is basically turned into a koth.
