Custom hopper and auto-sell chest plugin

Hey all!

I need a plugin that accomplishes 2 things.

1) Custom "SharpHoppers" that pickup any cactus,melon,sugarcane... any crop (minus seeds) and mob drops within the chunk and store it automatically in the hopper. These will act like normal hoppers as well, moving items.

2) Custom VoidChest ("SharpChest") that allows players to place a chest that automatically sells what's in them to the server and deposits the money into their own balance. (All the voidchest plugins I find give balance to the faction).

When they break either block, please allow them to mine them and store in their inventory.
On The Voidchest block, please allow a config on/off that makes it so only the player that placed their voidchest can remove it - I wish to have this option toggleable.

I've never bought a plugin before, this is needed quickly and is a high priority, and I have a minimum-budget for this project of $30.
