Hub cores are very very basic you don't need much knowledge to make one so yes you can get a custom one with resell rights and source also its kinda wierd your selling something but cant provide proof of ownership if your gonna sell something and you dont want people to call you out for skidding provide proof. anyways best of luck. - Scifi
