Custom Hub Tab

Just need a simple plugin for my hub. I need a custom tab list compatible with spigot (and doesn't require redis). And has the variable %online_players% which displays the online player count on the entire network (bungeecord).
Must include a config to edit all 60 lines in the tab
My budget is 15$

Pretty sure loads of these kind of plugins are already out there and free to download / very cheap to download.
But obviously if you want a custom one (don't see a reason for that as you can fully customize most of these free ones anyway), go for it.

TitleManager might do the job; don't mark my word on it though as I'm not sure if it has the bungee placeholder you're after.

This is the BungeeTabListPlus config.
You would change the showTo: setting to something like showTo: ' ${viewer server} == "Hub" '
