Custom Is-Top GUI

Hello Mc-Marketers,

I am looking for someone to create a plugin to which I want to use for my SkyBlock server (Play.AceMC.co).

I need a GUI to come with spawner value on the island, Types of blocks on that island that is placed for example (Amount of Diamond Blocks, Emerald, Gold, Iron etc.) Also amount of Beacons placed. (For all this to be executed with /is top)
