Custom Kit-Map

Looking to purchase a custom Kit-Map Core for around $50.

I know the price is low but I'm not looking for a very technical plugin!

Must have these features:

- Factions ( Well design Faction layout )
- No DTR
- Scoreboard displaying Online player count, amount of kills and amount of deaths. Also when a Koth or any other event is on it must display it and its timer on the scofeboard as well.
- Enderpearl cooldown
- Kit-Map signs to easily right-click and get a loadout.
- Custom death messages that are easily configurable. ( Colours, way its said etc)
- System factions e.g. /f createsystem Spawn ( which can be toggled between pvp being enabled in its claim or no by using /f setpvp false )
- Wands are used to claim Spawn, Warzone etc

Your gonna need more money to get something like this, but there are loads of free plugins out there with this.

Get someone to fork you a Core like iHCF to make it into kitmap.
