Custom KitPvP Plugin

Howdy! I'm currently in the process of giving an old server of mine a facelift and realized "Hey, I have some extra money, let's make this server unique." With that in mind, I'm seeking a custom KitPvP plugin.

Now, I'm not in the mood to go into full detail on a public forum just yet, however I would like to speak with possible candidates via Skype. The plugin itself should be relatively easy, it's KitPvP and not too much more. As well as this, I'm looking to pay for the plugin however I do request it's within my budget. At a minimum, I'd like to pay roughly $20. However, my maximum for this can be $50, however the plugin would need to be exactly as requested. Their is some minor stretching room if need be, but I'd like to stay within that range.
