Custom Launcher to run a custom .minecraft I have

I'm in need of someone with knowledge of Mojang API and java to code a custom minecraft launcher that will run a .minecraft zip/folder I will provide, I'll also provide the design concept and whatever assets (jpgs pngs) needed. If you wish to be paid that can be arranged.
