Custom Logo [ckay has done it again :P]

Hello,
Today, I am looking for a Designer, I will need a "mockingbird" logo.
Budget is $50, there will be no "detail" needed in the image, the logo will be used on shirts.
Looking for it to be just a outline and no colours, owl example shown below.

^ that is the OVO owl, mine will be for the image above a "mockingbird"

Below is what fox was able to do with the image I provided. I would like this to be a "idea" for the logo. I have the PSD file for the image below.

FINAL IMAGE NEEDS TO BE A PNG THAT IS 1920*1080 and MULTIPLE SMALLER VERSIONS (small versions for shirts, twitter logo etc)
