I think most builders will charge a bit more than 500$, because then it would be 10$ per town which isn't that much if you want high quality.

not trusted, he go to need you for do the comission in his server for complete a fake database the day of the inauguration of the sv, too he dont accept up of money and he need builds with low price like 600$ for that more terraforming..
