Jump:

Simple enough, press double space as if you where going to fly, and it gives you a jump boost, for x amount of time. The higher the level the longer it lasts. Level up by jumping.

Speed:

A lot like Jump, but it will always be active, making you just a tiny bit faster. The higher the level the faster you get, level it up, just by running.

Both quite simple ideas, that could quite easily be part of MCMMO.
