It's literally just changing the colours in the essentials config, Like when you change the join message etc... I find it sad people would buy this if they do or maybe that's me

Its not just changing the config, you have to make a separate file and make the messages using some special symbols its not that easy.

I made a really nice looking one, 10x better then this. It took me 3 hours but its really good, this would of taken me around 10mins to do.

Not really sure what you mean by 'non full access' as it is a 'full access' download.
Also this IS a customly configured one.
