I am looking for a very experienced server developer who has great knowledge in creating optimized jars for minecraft 1.16
My server is ShadowMC and were currently running the 1.16.1 paper jar. We need a Jar that will allow players to join on any 1.16 version that is well optimized for player counts and plugins.
