Custom minecraft client.

So if you have seen clients like Hyperium and Badlion Client I want somthing like this in a way. I want to to be like Hyperium in that you launch it through the minecraft launcher. What I want in the client is custom mods of my choice and possibly a way to add my own mods. If not I would need you to update the client when I need to change something or add new mods. The only other thing I want is a custom home screen with a custom button layout of sorts. As well as another button to join a server like Hypixel. If you can do somthing like this and can show me examples then we can talk price ranges. If your price is above $200 don't bother contacting me. (if it's likes $250 then contact me but $200 is about my max)
