Custom Minecraft Hosting Panel (huge budget)

Hi there,

I am currently in the works of starting up a hosting company. I need a custom panel for minecraft hosting servers. We have a huge budget, we need this to be done by the finest and most professional development team.

We have the following requirements:
- Must have most features as normal panels such as Ptero or Multicraft
- Includes WHMCS system (being able to purchase a server directly from the panel)
We are hoping for something like NoLag's panel. If I could get contact to that developer it would be amazing.

Also, if it is easier you could use an open source panel such as Ptero and make addons like the requirements we want.

We also want a clean-sleek design.
