this would run you 100s if you want something very similar
if you want just this launcher (w/ no mods no client just the launcher) maybe you could get it for $40 by a dev that's done it before and can do it again quickly
i haven't looked at the client much but just from looking at the thread it looks like some time was spent into it. the client alone would probably run you $50 atleast?
