Custom miniature pet for our server $20 must use miniaturepets plugin

Looking for someone who is familiar with the miniaturepets plugin that would be willing to build a custom, exclusive its for my server. ( https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/⌾-miniaturepets-⌾-custom-mobs-great-for-eula.23991/ )

Id like it to be some sort of pirates' parrot. Our server theme is pirate island and it would be lovely to have a parrot that has the characteristics of a pirates parrot to have as the servers mascot.. the parrot would be dark themes and If you know much about miniature pets plugin they follow the player around etc....
pay would be $20 because this would likely take some time and effort.... I have tried this in the past and has paid 2 other pople to do this and I paid, they did not deliver... In this case I will pay after you create the pet, show it to me and its proof of concept (that it actually works as expected) at that point i will pay and you can deliver the file to me

You're in the wrong section. You need a configurator, and yes, $20 for a 1 plugin configuration is really good carstonia I think you just didn't understand what he's looking for.
