Custom MMORPG Map!

Hello, as you see the title, I need a custom mmorpg map for my upcoming network, and I will be listing the details below..


The size of the build: 10k*10k
Style of the build: Must be like Wynncraft, but yeah..
The Deadline: 1 Month!
My budget is: $1000-$10000
Other details I want are gravel pathways, 25+ towns (about 200x200 towns with detailed houses, etc), custom trees around the map, caves underground and on mountains, lava pits, 2-4 ravines, swamps, 10+ spawns (about 150x150)

Note: I wont be accepting any requests from builders that doesn't have enough reputation to do this job, and this will not be a waste of time scam, I will be paying $100 before you will start the build, so you can trust me..

In case you were not aware, Hyperion is the team that made the Temples for Mianite Season 1.

I've been on wynncraft, and I can tell you it shouldnt be much of a problem to make a map like that.

Still, $100 isn't really a sum that anybody would want to waste, in all honesty, but it would be better to pay 50% upfront. As long as both parties have a verified PayPal account, the possibility of small claims court cases should keep scammers away.

It most likely depends on the people you happen to meet, by luck and a portfolio you build.
Vouches definitely work and you need to know what you charge for the detail you can deliver + how can live to the client his/her specifics.
