Custom MobSpawner Plugin

Hello MCM,

I'm looking for someone who makes a custom spawner plugin for me.
The plugin should have the following functions:

- MobStacker (stack all mobs in one)
- SpawnerStack (affect the mobs spawn rate)
- Private the Spawner (Permission for those who put the spawner on the ground to be able to select it private, that is, only it can kill the mobs that are spawning in that MobSpawner)
- API to set when the mob dies i can set how many mobs are die in the mobstacker (to avoid accumulating 10000 mobs)
- A custom GUI (right click on spawner and open the gui) with two Upgrade Types with 5 levels in each upgrade:
- 5 Upgrades to Spawn Rate Time (If this upgrade is at level 1, it will spawn 1 mob every 10s (regardless of the amount of mobspawners being stacked), if it is at level 2 it will spawn 1 mob every 7s, etc)
- 5 Upgrades to MobStacker Limits (Example: If the upgrade is in level 1 the maximum mobs that could be stacked in that spawner will be 10x, if it is in level 2 it will be 20x, etc.)
- Upgrades can be purchased with money
