I shall not be Paying, 1 Reason, i have a few Developers who are coding plugins and work for free, and Builders, building isn't really worth paying for.

Then why would they work for you, whats it worth wasting time helping others if they don't get paid. No offence but most developers/builders who are free dont do that good of a job, and those who you pay get it done fast and professionally. GL otherwise
What you forget is Fast isn't always good. Plus, MC is a Game, not a Business market, Should you really pay someone to build or code something virtual?

1. If you already have developers, why are you still looking for them?
2. This is mc-MARKET, the only developers/builders your gonna find for free are ones who either have maybe a month of building experience and for devs little to no coding experience.
3. If you want to be able to start a server with a decent player base you have to have a good amount of money put down up front for developers, builders, website, and just keeping up the server.
