Custom Nether HCF Terrain for VeltPvP

Hi, we're looking for the following:


Nether (Modified Vanilla Terrain)

• Flat area at 0,0
• Map will be 3200 x 3200
• Flat roads straight from 0, 0 out to 3.2k. Width of the roads is 20 blocks.
• No lava for 200-300 blocks from 0,0
• Normal Glowstone generation, nether fortresses & soul sand spawns
  

Area at -500 90 needs to be flattened too for 75-100 blocks as we'll be pasting in a build.

This will be a great opportunity to build for VeltPvP as we reach 5000-6000 players on weekends.

We are willing to spend $40, and this needs to be done within 24 hours.
