Custom Nether Plugin

So like I am looking for a plugin so that when a player enters a nether portal it will take them to there own "Nether Island" that has all the resources they need and a way to make a quartz / netherrack generator? It would be nice if this could be made ontop of ASkyblock so each team can have there own nether island.

If there is a premade plugin can you please send me the link since i could not find one...
