Custom NPC and res pack

So I need something that is fairly short and sweet, but may be kinda complex.

Basically I need a npc that runs around, chasing players and one hit kills them. Im thinking this NPC can be an iron golem.

So I need a res pack for this, the res pack will include audio and some textures.

Audio - shrek quotes
"get out of my swamp"
"Include more here"

All star song disc

Texture -
Some way to make water feel more green/brown perhaps? Make the swamp feel more like a swamp?

Iron golem needs to look like shrek
