If you want some good knock back fixes, don't spend a bunch of money on a custom paper spigot. Instead, try to find some good knock back fix plugins that will help you fix this issue.

These are tips to optimize spigot itself, you can fix the kb through various plugins
Mhm, when you sprint jump it makes kb like 5 blocks

I Dont think going for a custom paperspigot when you need just a knockback fix plugins is a good idea beacuse you will get charged more for something that you can get for free

Thats not my way but yeah it its is almost the same. But my way is easier for people to set the kb.
Doesn't kb depend on what host you have and where the player has connected from? Idk just asking
