I am looking for a plugin that gives a pickaxe via command that gives you 1) a pick that mines a 3x3 and 2) a pick that mines 9x9.

If you want this for free, get the plugin "custom enchants." you can disable all of the enchants except for the one that makes a 3x3 hole with your pick.

EnvyedPickaxe:

Features:
- Mines a 3x3x3 hole if the Envyed Pickaxe is given
- Pickaxe name is configurable, in the config.yml
- Does not bypass world guard or faction land.
- Works in wilderness and faction land

Commands:
- /envyedpickaxe [player]

Permissions:
- envyedpickaxe.give
