Custom Pickaxes

I'm currently searching for someone that could make a pickaxe plugin so if i type in a command i will get a pickaxe with a custom name, simple and then the pickaxe is not like a regular pickaxe, this pickaxe can break 3x3 blocks at 1 hit, if someone is willing todo this (I want multiple pickaxes aswell breaking like 2x2 blocks at 1 hit and stuff), PM me here if you want to make this for me, We can discuss budget private
