Custom Pixelmon daycare plugin

Hey guys, I'm looking to buy a custom pixelmon day care plugin for bukkit 1.7.10 where you can give a Pokemon a certain amount of xp or levels via a command. So /daycare <player> <poke slot number> <levels> or something of that sort. It doesn't need any perm nodes just set it that everything you need to be OP for as it's going to be used via NPCs or server signs.
