Custom Plugin Development

Hello,
I'm currently looking for a developer who does custom development for plugins. But you will need to reach the requirements before we can go into further with the plugin.

Requirements:
- You must have a Spigot Profile with at least plugins uploaded from there and have at least reviews from it.
- You must have a good reputations and vouchers from either MC-Market or Spigot.
