Custom Plugin - Flight Potions

Please see below for request of a custom plugin called Flight Potion.

Players can consume custom potions which will grant them flight mode using essentials fly mode.

The configuration can have multiple types of flight potions which are completely configurable such as the potion name, lores, length of potion in seconds/minutes, Action bar showing time of length remaining, Particle colour swirls around player once consumed the potion.
