Custom plugin request template

A lot of newcomers tend to ask for plugins to be made for them in such a way that is very hard for the developers to understand (in the "Plugins" section). I suggest that a sticky thread is made in the plugins section with the following template (or, if you have a better one, please reply with it).

Name of the plugin:

Type of server: (Bukkit/Spigot/Bungee)

The version of the server:

Budget:

Detailed description:

Commands:

Permissions:

Extra information:

Or make a mandatory form for people to use to post a thread similar to the scam report system.

why not add forms like this to every section am I right?!

I would suggest this but I believe its been suggested before and many times people have said "if you want to make an unprofessional or shit post about requesting for something, thats on you. It isn't MCM's job to give u mandatory forms.

As a developer, I have my own form with all the questions I ask the people who want a plugin made.
I get the importance of this information, and it most certainly should be communicated; but between the people who are doing the transaction.
Forms should only really be used on MC-Market when the information presented in them is necessary to ensure that our rules are being following. Such as with MC accounts, loans, etc.
MC-Market doesn't and shouldn't care what java/spigot version your server is running, or what permissions you want in your plugin.
Those questions can be asked and answered between buyer and seller, and in the thread if and only if the author wants to make that information public.
If you're a developer, and them not making that information public determines whether or not you want to contact them, well that's on you.

I'd rather our forum not turn into lifeless form-based posts.
Believe it or not, seeing the personality put into the unique posts I read tells me a lot more than enforcing a form ever could.

Here's a big tip: if youre thinking of working for someone who cannot even come up with this basic info, don't work with them, they're not a good client.
also, just ask after it, seriously.

Like others have said, this is really not something that we need. If you need further information from someone who is requesting a plugin you can simply ask them. Forcing people to give information about the plugin they want may shave a few seconds off of a conversations, but it's also far more confusing I'd think.
