Although your intentions are good, the prices are bit off.
Making a killstreak system will propably harder than you think,
as well as administrator commands, as one will be harder to make then the other.
1v1 duel commands can be pretty hard as well, don't underestimate that. but again,
that depends on how deep you want to go with the plugin.
It really depends on what the person wants, watch out that you don't ask too much,
or that you work for something that isn't worth it.
That's why most developers first ask what you want, and then say the price, as you can roughly estimate how long it will take.

Many of these plugins are already offered for free. Also, you may as well make all these plugins and put a link for people to purchase them.
The prices are a little off, I guess I will discus the prices more in private messages.

MAN u can unban ban kick and other things using server /pardon player it unbann him
/ban player u ban him
/kick player kick him
and if u gwant to temp ban ban hiim and unbann him after the time you need easy
you can do /unban player name using essentials
A /1v1 or /duel plugin adding queues and matches.
