I need a developer who is experienced in what they are doing and is able to make me an awesome plugin for my server.
I currently have a server that is in the process of being made, it is a prison server.
The type of plugin I want is so that when a certain player has mined a number of blocks the pickaxe levels up and adds an enchant to the item, I would like this to be configurable.
example:
Another feature would be when the players are mining they have a percentage of mining a block and getting tokens from another plugin(TokenEnchant).
