I need a custom plugin, that when a daylight sensor is placed onto of a hopper, and the daylight sensor is active. (It can see daylight, and its not raining). It will place a raw salmon in the hopper below. If the hopper is full, do nothing. The sensor should place the fish in the below hopper once every 20 seconds. The raw salmon should also have a lore like so:
