Custom Plugin

I'm making this thread because I need some info. So back in May of 2019 I made a google doc for a class type plugin similar to Destyria but I wrote the whole thing myself and was planning on sending it to some devs to have it made but I never did. Jump forward to today and I glanced at the doc and someone had rewrote the entire document, changed the doc plugin name, and everything. So i'm making this thread to see if any devs have come accross anyone requesting a plugin with the name ChivalryClasses. I'll post a few screenshots of the doc. I'm not worried about anyone stealing my concept, but someone edited my doc from 2019 within the past 2 weeks and noone told me or said anything. It's

How does that have any thing to do with buying a plugin?
