Custom plugins

Hi, my name is John, and i am currently in the procces of setting a new server up, but i need one custom plugin coded for me first though.

1. This first plugin is one where instead of showing this in this area

, it will show the cool down of the Enderpearl, and the countdown of the combat-tag.

I allready have a guy that says he can do it for 30$, but any better offer is allways apreciated, PM me here, or add me on Skype: JaazGam
