Custom Plugins

I'm looking for a couple custom plugins for my server, I'll list a small summary of them below.

Skills: A /skills plugin where you put your certain skills points to use. You gain these skills points by doing activities and you using your skill points to level up different features. Example: More ores mining, Extra money when selling, More crops when farming, Extra damage, Hits to not register on you, etc

Enchant: A /ench where you can put in a piece of armor, tools, weapon in a GUI and it will list enchants you can enchant onto it. Depending on the enchant and level it will cost money

View: A sort of like roam plugin where you can do /view and you'll be in a spectator mode to spectate bases. No inventory or mining etc, you can only go a certain amount of blocks, one person viewing at a time, no commands, etc
